Pros
My co workers were the best part about working there. Yet, you need to be careful about what you say, as I found some of the women there competitive, but in a very sneaky way.
Cons
I worked there for over five years, and had a spotless record. When my department was relocated to Vancouver, WA there was no effort to try and retain me as a loyal employee. I was laid off the day after my 5 year anniversary. I don't know of a single employee that was successfully transferred to another department. They have no interest in retaining good employees with longevity, because it's cheaper to hire someone who is not making the higher wage or has three weeks of vacation like myself.
