      They provide excellent patient care, whereas their focus is primarily on patients and customer care.

      Cons

      Employees are paid far below average and employees tend to have difficulty achieving raises.

      Healthcare...... oh and the 401k matching.

      Cons

      Management really sucks, They give you little time to do company edu (you cant do it on your off time either), and whats worse is were a healthcare facility with no AED..... how sad is that?! Our manager is more concerned with new furniture and a remolded kitchen rather than her employees. Truth be told..... were so open for a massive lawsuit its not even funny.
