      Great teamwork among work groups and between departments. Food bank for needy employees. Giving tree at holidays. Coat collection for needy patients.

      Cons

      Leadership could be stronger in following the mission statement of sharing the healing mission of Jesus Christ.

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Staff is welcoming. This hospital used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to run a hospital. Constantly understaffed in every department. Upper management has unrealistic expectations of what staff can handle. Bottom line unsafe for patents and staff!
