Senior Management Does Not Lead

Pros

I really enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

Senior management does not lead. They talk about culture change and their plans and then they disappear. If this organization is going to succeed with their culture change they need to have leaders that are willing to get in the weeds, preach it, and break down the silo's that have been created over the years. They also need to hold those that are not on-board accountable. Health insurance is below average. Lack of family planning services at their hospitals and clinics. I realize that this is a not-for-profit Catholic organization, but they receive Federal Tax dollars and therefore should be required to provide family planning.

Pros

Kind and respectful coworkers. Good benefits package, and competitive wages. The company seems to have strong career growth opportunities as the company grows.

Cons

Some growing pains are felt as the company expands its hospitals and clinics through mergers and acquisitions, and moves to a centralized headquarters.
