      All-in-all a pleasant place to work!

      Pros

      The work environment was great (fellow employees). Everyone was very friendly. The benefits were ok.

      Cons

      Company is doing a lot of restructuring and job security was a fear. The workload continued to increase due to not filling positions due to budget. Very little on the job training.

      No support for therapists!

      Pros

      Newer facility, seems clean and spacious. Department is large so flexible scheduling is possible. People are generally friendly. on most units.

      Cons

      Therapists pay for all their own licensing and CEU fees. Training is very limited, short, lunchtime-only inservice meetings, so career growth has sadly entrenched limitations. This is not a magnet facility for therapists.

      Liked Coworkers for most part.

      Cons

      Lots of Big Fish in small pond mentalities. People in leadership positions without education or management skills. When suggesting changes or improvement there was a lot of "Why change, this is the way we've always done it"., type attitude. Professionalism here wouldn't past muster in other states.
