      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. Paid time off good. Retirement excellent. Great team of co workers.

      Cons

      Hostile management on an ongoing basis expectations ridiculous micro managing to the point of work stress. No missions and values language of care hypercritical. Need for management classes. Systems Dis organized. Middle management stand up for employes to upper management! John Hill forum wasted paid time!

      Pros

      Coming from another area of the country I was always impressed at how kind most of the caregivers are to the patients.

      Cons

      Going "corporate" is ruining what Peace Health was all about - and that was compassionate, caring treatment for all patients in need. (And also for the employees). High er management, & bringing people in from the outside, are ruining what it used to be about.
