      Great benefits, poor management

      Pros

      Benefits are very competitive within healthcare, int experience is that HR lives the mission

      Cons

      Management not consistent, some are good but others range from just having favorites to openly hostile not related to work quality or volume. If you have wealthy family- your golden, if you work 10 to 14 hour days- your a winner. If you stand up for your self - especially if you’re a woman in a professional role. Well you clearly have an attitude and need to be put in your place. Men are assumed to accumulate knowledge, women must prove themselves every day in every role year after year.

      Pros

      Great benefits, some departments offer flexibility in schedule. Many loving and caring front line staff who are passionate about their jobs and helping people.

      Cons

      System leadership seems to neither know what’s going on at their facilities, nor care about local culture or employees. Constantly cutting corners and expecting employees to pick up slack and take on extra work out of community dedication. Many system executives make decision based on their own personal biases rather than facts and job performance.
