Pros

Fantastic group of people to work with; very low drama, great teamwork (with the exception of one female nurse), and lighthearted atmosphere despite the hectic schedule. Supportive lower management (but they quit).

Cons

The above mentioned female nurse takes it upon herself to be a self proclaimed "cop" of the department and back stabs fellow team mates. The upper management is completely out of touch and actively lies to employees. As an employee, I get the feeling that I am an expendable commodity. Lies and deceit are common place. They are actively looking for new avenues to break their employees spirit and convictions. Hypocritical values and persecution are not only tolerated, but rewarded.

Pros

Decent pay,fair benefits,good core workers

Cons

Disinterested management. Not willing to see with own eyes how things work. Letting someone be manager of clinic with out any nursing experience. Lack of respect for the workers.

Pros

I originally loved this establishment for their moral and ethical views, it seemed like a good company.

Cons

Horrible patient care. Doctors are not engaged, overlook all reported symptoms by the patient and go straight to pharmacological interventions. It was shocking to me how hard they push meds. No follow through post visit. Nurses always seem confused. Lab techs drew same blood tests multiple times on patients due to outdated systems and poor communication. The good doctors and nurses are being fired due to the newly mandated experimental vaccinations . They emailed employees and said that religious and medical exemptions are against their views. Employees are written up every day they don’t provide proof of the shot and on the third write up they are terminated. Absolutely wrong, a huge violation of the ADA, and they will be hit with a major lawsuit in due time.

Hello Former Employee: PeaceHealth believes strongly in its Mission to provide compassion care to patients and community. No doubt these past 17 months have made caregiving more difficult and stressful for those who provide it. We appreciate your contributions that were made to our patients and community members. In an effort to continue to make the safety of our staff and our community a priority, the leadership of PeaceHealth have enacted a new policy with regard to vaccinations, and the details are publicly available here: https://www.peacehealth.org/news/peacehealth-requires-covid-19-vaccination .
