Pros

Pay is better than average. Some providers are great to work with and really care.

Cons

Most providers have no regard for treating patients like humans. Management is so out of touch with what their staff actually does. Doing good work is “rewarded” with more work. Clinic is horribly understaffed. There is no discipline or guidance for underperforming employees. Safety concerns are swept under the rug, if not just ignored entirely. Gossip is out of control. Turnover rate is sky high.
