      Patient to staff ratio is low, atmosphere is generally relaxed, pay is ok

      Cons

      Home office (Oregon)has no concept of living in a remote place so concessions for such are a battle. They do not understand there is not readily available clinics in all areas to do pre employment things. Relocation is low considering cost of living and moving expenses to get here. Floating to other depts including long term care is common
