Pros

The people: the staff, our doctors, and other providers genuinely had a heart for those they served.

Cons

After the merger with PeaceHealth, the organization seemed to no longer provide the support, stability, resources, or pay the employees need to stay invested in the company.

it takes MONTHS to hear anything from HR. Even if you email them, they don't reply. You have to know 2-3 months in advance that you'd like to work there before you apply, it takes THAT LONG. Why???

Location and all the doctors were great to work with.

Cons

First clinic for 3 years was great. Transferred and what a mistake that was. If you want to watch your back all the time, be treated like a child and with no respect, this place is for you! Watched other MA's mock patients, informed manager who did nothing. Very disturbing and uncomfortable environment to work in.
