      Pros

      People. You can't beat the quality of people. The pay is fair. Benefits are outstanding. (PTO) Nice location. Springfield Hospital is beautiful. Depending on the department you are with, the advancement possibilities are good. Also, depending on the department you would work in, I would recommend this as a great place.

      Cons

      Communication from upper leadership (Vancouver WA) We do not know in advance plans that effect families. (Out sourcing, lay offs) Upper leadership fails to value front line employees. Cheap talk. Little action.

      It is close to my house and I dont have to fight Portland traffic

      Cons

      *New management every 6-12month, each saying they care and are in it for the “long haul” and then quit or get fired *Salary range lower than our market area. *Shady pay practices where the electronic time clock is somehow always wrong
