Pros

Decent pay, decent benefits. There's a good variety of shifts to work. I can't think of very many pros. Most of the employees are cohesive.

Cons

Upper management does not value the opinion of the nurses. They institute major changes in patient care areas without input from nurses. They are a non profit that acts like a for profit. They do not value their employees, they treat them like they're easily replaceable.

Once had decent benefits. Not really any more. Minimal pros as most people are miserable working there.

Cons

Poorly managed. Doctors have minimal say on how things function.

Excellent Providers devoted to patients and teaching support staff. Good pay and bennifits.

Cons

Lack of experience in some Supervisors causes gredt malfunction in daily opporations and effective handling of staff. Fairness in treating staff is dependent on who you know and how popular you are.
