Feel supported by my team, however my management can't change much in how the whole system works.

Cons

Working for this company really puts into perspective the low valuation they have on their employees- despite how they market themselves, this healthcare system is really all about profits. I haven't met one employee who feels like they make a living wage and have good work/life balance.

Every my team and the people I worked with on a daily basis were all lovely people.

Cons

Communication is the complete opposite of transparent. They make you do the work of multiple people while getting paid pennies and if you say anything you're not a team player. If they can find a way to automate your job, they will jump on it... even if it doesn't work and causes more problems than it attempted to solve.
