Pros
Wages and opportunities to make more with overtime are plentiful! Amazing staff to work with- they work together and they work hard! Accessory resources seem to be accessible Overall this entity has been very good to me
Cons
It seems as though the organization is in flux with management teams-there is a lack of upper executive management support with high unit manager turnover. The unit managers do what they can, however without adequate support from the higher management teams, and the tightening of the belt in other areas- the upper uppers are a bit tone deaf to the actual needs of the units and the staff.
