unfortunately, i didn't experience any notable pros.

Cons

i found the work environment to be underappreciative, overworked, disorganized, and micromanaged. the organization often felt inflexible and stingy with both resources and support. i also observed a lack of genuine care for patients, and unfortunately, their core values were not reflected in day-to-day operations.
