Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with. Better paying salaries than most companies in town. Peacehealth really acknowledges your personal life as very important, and they don't discourage family and personal events at all. This part is great! Very involved with community and does a lot of charitable work. Established non-profit.
Cons
Hard to get changes made due to the large organizational structure, too many executive changes in short amount of time. Seems like a lot of money for lab work and doctor visits using our employee healthcare and going to our own physicians ... But I'm sure this is still better than most other companies.
