      Management has issues

      Pros

      Really friendly place for the most part. It was a great place to start - but overall management has some "issues"

      Cons

      Management - spends a LOT of time micromanaging - some of their "leads" are simply horrible and should never be in a lead position There is never time where you can just log into your computer to study how they want everything done - Literally no time at all is provided for that

      Stable healthcare network

      Pros

      I worked at PeaceHealth for 25+ years, and was a satisfied middle manager. Pay, benefits, my team and mission were factors that motivated me to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Frequent turnover in executive positions has taken a toll on many employees. Many managers and directors staying at the company are somewhat disillusioned and often do not work at the top of their scope.

      A nice place to work

      Caring and respectful management, great benefits, set schedule, and PTO hours that build up quickly.

      Cons

      Currently short staffed causing us to have to take on more work.
