      Pros

      Working with Volunteers and the Community is fun and fulfilling. Supportive Supervisor and dedicated Coworkers. You never know what your day is going to bring, which keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      Better communication between work areas is needed. No team meetings, which can feel isolating at times. Stumbling upon information that would have been helpful to know is frustrating. Interacting with hostile and/or irrational homeless people as well as angry patients and visitors can be mentally exhausting, but it's part of the job.
