1. Culture - The values of PeaceHealth are respect, stewardship, collaboration and social justice. During my 20 year career at PeaceHealth, I found these values to infuse the culture. It is a mission-driven organization, steeped in the calling to heal.
2. Pay and Benefits - Compensation is generous. And recently, PeaceHealth began offering a healthcare plan where employees and our families could receive care from PeaceHealth clinicians and at PeaceHealth facilities essentially without cost.
3. Training and Tools -- During my employment, I was constantly learning and had access to the tools I needed. This support meant I was efficient and effective in my role. In addition, I have many transferrable skills for future jobs.
4. Location - The Pacific Northwest is a beautiful place to live and work. It offers enormous opportunities for an active lifestyle in a welcoming climate.
