Pros

Uhh I have no pros to report at this time. I work from home which is nice but that’s about it.

Cons

Poor management Zero flexibility Requires use of PTO on holidays even when clinics are closed and you don’t have the option to work Wasting money on advertising while laying off hundreds of employees Keeping useless positions over staffed while closing needed departments Poor communication. I could go on and on but I’ll stop now. Avoid at all costs

Pros

The paychecks cleared. I needed health insurance.

Cons

In the past 18 months they have cut staffing by literally hundreds of people. They just expect the remaining employees to do the same amount of work. The staffing levels are unsafe even in the outpatient offices.

Pros

Pros include pay differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. A good amount of PTO.

Cons

The job can be very stressful, especially when short staffed. Even though pay, PTO, and benefits are decent, the cost of living here is crazy, so they should raise the base salary rates for non clinical employees.
