Pros

It has great opportunity for growth and the people are great to work with. It's a very welcoming and empowering environment and culture that boasts of an open-door policy throughout the company.

Cons

The open-door policy may come as a shock and could be overwhelming to someone not used to it but it has also been proven to be a great tool.

No annual increase to suffice at least the continuous increase in basic commodities

Pros

You can work anywhere so long as you have internet access. The management and support teams are so understanding and supportive. They also do not micro-manage.

Cons

Since it is a 100% work-at-home job, the most that you and your team can get together is via virtual meetings. Even if you decide to meet in person, it would not always be complete because we have employees all over the Philippines. Christmas parties are also held virtually.
