Fairly new company so some processes are still in the works so adjustment and adaptability is a must.

Pros

Majority of the employees within the organization embody the company culture.

Cons

Limited face to face interactions due to the WFH set-up. However, this will only be considered as cons if you are the type of person who prefer f2f interaction.
