Pros

Work/Life Balance at its best with excellent leaders willing to help you along the way. We all have a seat at the table and are a scrappy bunch.

Cons

The only downside is my insurance is a bit on the high side, but hoping as we get bigger every year those premiums are able to go down.

Pros

- Work from home - Company provided equipment - No phone calls

Cons

- CEO and wife don't care for any of their US employees, even when valid concerns are brought to them about the work environment (resulting in a big part of their management team leaving) - Current managers are absent, and blame team for poor stats instead of their lack of involvement, disrespect team behind their backs - Work environment is toxic, low performing employees are left alone and high performing employees are blamed for not working harder - Lack of care for mental health or burnout, employees are constantly asked to do more and more - No guaranteed pay raises
