Pros
Most of the Staff are amazing and loving people who really care about the clients.
Cons
Upper management only see dollar signs and are not concerned about safety and staff burnout. Everyone should be allowed breaks and lunch and clinical staff just don't have time for that if they are constantly seeing to the needs of the clients.Plus it's pretty sad when clients know about changes in the company before staff members do.
