      Velocity Global doesn't just dream big, it figures out how to turn its vision into reality. It does a great job creating a culture in which people can speak up and share ideas. More than any other place I've worked, the people here aren't territorial or defensive.. The embrace change. they welcome suggestions and feedback and actively work together to make things better. Dynamic culture. Smart people who care about their work colleagues, their customers and the community. Very committed to open and honest communication. Well positioned to be a leader in reimagining the future of work -- and making that vision, a reality. What a great place to be, especially now! Rapid growth. Velocity Global is a place where you can come in and make a difference.

      Cons

      Velocity Global is a relatively young company that is growing at a rapid pace. That's exciting and it also means that we are learning as we go so we will experience some bumps along the way as we further define how to scale in size and scope. We move at high velocity (one of our values) and expectations are high, so it won't be an easy ride, but it will be an exciting one. I could list things that we could do better. The thing is, that list will change as quickly as we do, because we are always striving to be better. Good place to be if you want to "own" your role. It's not for you if you want a static well-defined role or are change averse.

      Pros

      Management sincerely truly cares about the employees. This company is very much a modern company with modern business and management practices necessary to run a hyper-growth business. It is an exciting place to be. We work hard to support our clients and we help each other along the way. Excellent teamwork, excellent leadership and excellent vision!

      Some challenging growing pains, which is quite normal for a company our size.

      Pros

      Velocity Global is nothing short of a rewarding company to work for. The company has a work hard and play hard culture and is a great place to work for anyone who wants to 'own' their career. With any high growth company comes challenges but in the end this will make you a better professional. Velocity Global is the best company I have ever worked for and I can only give credit to my colleagues and leaders for this.

      Cons

      As stated above there are many challenges that come with working for a high growth company but this is not specific to Velocity Global. There is a lot of change at the company but this can be exciting if you're motivated by challenge and opportunity.
