      Fun atmosphere and unique service offering.

      Cons

      While a value they emphasize is “empowerment” it’s anything but. They micromanage and overwork their employees and if you aren’t part of the core/original group of founders who were friends from the beginning, forget the opportunity to grow in your career. They hide their toxic culture with perks like free beer and ping pong, but don’t be fooled, you’ll want to leave as soon as you sign on.

      Pros

      Fast-paced work environment that gives you autonomy over your career and growth. Plus you can quite literally work from anywhere and they really promote this. The culture is INCREDIBLE. This was my first time working remotely and they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the tools I needed to make the change. My team meets regularly via zoom so I actually feel connected. The People team makes sure you are acclimating well and feel included. Everyone is so nice. The best part is that they truly take care of their employees. They put their money where their mouth is and deliver amazing benefits to promote wellness and balance. It is a lot of work, but they reward you for it. Huge change from my previous work.
