Wow. That hurts. It hurts for a couple of reasons: it hurts because you left, and it hurts because you had neither fun or success. That responsibility rest squarely with us in Talent Acquisition. We should have done a better job of preparing your expectations for the role and making sure we matched you with the job and the team, which in turn would have enabled you to thrive.
