Pros

Great culture and values. We are like a family and everybody is helping each other. Our management team is always ready to help. We have a great solution for companies that want to expand globally. Our operations teams have deep experience and knowledge about international employment laws and legislations. This is a great place to work.

Cons

I do not have any negative comments.

Pros

There is never a dull moment in this organization. If you like fast paced ever changing work, this is the company to join. The leadership team is constantly evolving for the better and are open to new and innovative ideas. Because of the high growth, there are always opportunities within. The HR team and the executive team do a great job at talking through the opportunities available. I've never grown so quickly in my career.

Cons

If you don't like change, this is not the place for you and professional growth at this speed requires a lot of hard work so you won't be able to skate by doing the minimum here.

Growing fast without a true sense of direction

Pros

- Fast-growing with no signs of slowing down, which is exciting to be a part of. There is so much opportunity in this line of business, and Velocity Global was one of the first to break into the market, so they have that advantage. - Many different departments and roles to get into - The office space is great (although it is getting outgrown rapidly) - Some of the people are genuinely kind and helpful.

Cons

- Leadership seems to be on different pages on a multitude of topics/issues, especially with expansion and the evolution of roles. Some of the higher ups do not seem very trustworthy, and will throw you under the bus if and when needed to save their own skin. - While there is some sense of teamwork, it seems to be more of a facade than anything else. It is more of an "every man for himself" deal, especially when things get tough or don't go precisely according to plan, no matter how far-fetched or off-base said "plan" is. Be careful not to let yourself become the scapegoat or outsider. - There is an obvious case of selective accountability. There are "core values" in place, yet not everyone is held to the same standards. - It is difficult to be heard since leadership sits in meetings all day every day with incredibly limited interaction with the people who are carrying out their vision. You will rarely, if ever, be given an opportunity to speak up or out. - Way more sales-minded than customer service oriented. Obviously sales help drive the company's growth, but the customer service team could barely keep up and nobody seems to care. You will work long, hard, thankless hours and always be expected to do even more. - Below average pay for Denver
