      I have been working in Velocity Global since April 2021 and it was been an awesome journey , working from home has giving me the flexibility to have work life balance , have the ability to visit family and friends more often. The culture of the company is amazing, I feel very supported by everyone in my team and across the whole organization and the true international environment experience is what makes the difference. I am thankful to have found this company.

      Thanks former colleague. It is true, we are growing fast, 100% YoY. This is fast and with that comes the usual growth pains. We know it because we watched Facebook, Google, Amazon and Twitter all go through it. We are hiring as fast as we can to accommodate the growth and to reduce the workloads for everyone. But it is really exciting to be here at this time. The opportunity to learn, grow, try new ideas, this is the time. Truly appreciate your feedback.       Pros

      Strong focus in People First Culture, the team becomes a second family, caring, celebrating and helping each other. I like the most the transparent communication, openness to receive feedback and job stability.

      Cons

      As every hyper growth company story it comes with some growing pains, but the company makes an effort to listen to its staff to identify the problems and fix them, capacity to adapt fast to changes is a must here.
