      Pros

      I worked for PediaStaff for ten years. They believe in what they do. As a recruiter, I placed Pediatric Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists and Psychologists in schools and private practice clinics. PediaStaff has a heart for children with special needs. The company puts their hearts into their work by keeping up with trends, laws, and the latest technology for children with special needs and they give back with blogs and news that is used by the therapists in the field. As far as employees, you aren't just staff. You are part of the PediaStaff family and treated with respect and treated fairly. The contractor employees are no different. They are given that same level of respect and fairness with an "open door policy" should they experience issues on the job.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to be employed by Pediastaff is the personalized attention you get. Also the quick response to concerns and there ability to match you with a setting that’s tailored to your unique abilities and passion!

      Cons

      I haven’t experienced and downsides. If I had to pick one maybe it would be to have local support.

      Pros

      Lots of agencies have the same jobs, but what makes the difference is the quality of the people and the administration. PediaStaff is top-notch and does NOT make you feel like a number (or bug you) like other contract therapy staffing agencies

      Cons

      They don't have jobs in some of the states I was interested in, but I've been told it's a supply and demand thing that some areas don't hire too many contractors.
