Pros

I was referred to PediaStaff by a fellow therapist who spoke very highly of the company, and my own experience has been equally impressive! The professionalism and high quality standards of PediaStaff was evident from the start, and it feels great to be part of a company that clearly cares about me, and my integrity as a therapist. My recruiter, Shelli, is absolutely wonderful to work with, and took extra measures to locate a perfect school-based placement that allowed for the flexibility I need in a position. Shelli also followed up diligently with my district to keep communication open, and opportunities available for the subsequent school year. Pediastaff, as well as their partner company, Top Echelon, are consistently available, timely and organized in every way, making for a much-appreciated and fabulous employment experience!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any!

Pros

Supportive, engaged, will respond in an emergency immediately, great management staff, and will always keep their promises. For the last 10 years of my employment, they are always on time, and have great perks!

Cons

No cons, I love the weekly paycheck arrangement! I also love the relationship with Top Echelon! Small company where upper management is hands on!

Pros

I had an amazing experience working for PediaStaff Contracting!! Being an entry-level OT, I was very nervous getting out into the workfield—especially with the idea of traveling to different parts of the country and having new jobs every few months. PediaStaff took me in hand and made sure I was always comfortable with the placement setting. I greatly appreciate that they initially placed me with a school district that gave me the additional support I needed for a new grad. The recruiters are extremely supportive—I knew I could call them at any time for help. Plus, they often checked in with me—making sure I was happy in both my workplace and home life while traveling. This company is definitely a family! Prior to signing on with the company, I did a lot of research into traveling companies. I found PediaStaff was very competitive—often at the top of the market, when it came to salaries and benefits. My recruiters also took the time to explain any issues or questions I had when it came to financial information—in one instance, they even notified me when I made a poor decision regarding a financial option that would have kept me from making more money. I will always be grateful just for that reason!! Overall, PediaStaff was an amazing experience. The only reason I left was due to starting a family and needing a full time local position—which they even assisted in helping me find!

Cons

My only negative experience wasn't even their fault! I had a placement taken away at the very last minute due to someone being hired at the company full time (an occupational hazard as a traveling therapist)--but PediaStaff immediately worked to find me a new suitable placement!
