      Amazing and Caring Company

      Pros

      Great travel opportunities, great pay, continual recruiter and clinical support & caring recruiters! I met amazing therapists, had a wonderful support network and felt appreciated by this company! Working on travel assignments as a new grad was quite intimidating, but my recruiter always made sure I had someone to talk to and connect with by phone or in person at each contract city. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone I have ever met through Pediastaff!

      Cons

      Some contracts can be in very remote areas, but the recruiters were very honest about this and provided all information necessary to help me make informed decisions about the contracts I chose!

      Pros

      The company is very prompt with paperwork, offer direct deposit and great benefits, work to make sure any issues you have with your contractor are satisfied, and offer great support all around.

      Cons

      Since it is a staffing company you really don't get to meet any of the recruiters or HR Reps. Poorer school systems may not always be able to renew contracts which means you would need to relocate to a new job if they cannot afford to resign with the contracting company.
