Pros

Working with patients and babies along side with nurses. Love my boss, hate the company.

Cons

You're expected to work holidays without getting compensated time and a half. You get in trouble for going over 10 mins in average time for each screening but it's really out of your control, especially with the constant computer issues but this company likes to save as much money as possible so they don't update or fix equipment.

Provides good opportunities to learn how business model works and operates for the clinical industry. Beneficial to employees that prefer remaining static or are comfortable with slowness of change.

Cons

Not innovative or modern with technology and processes in use. Non-expressive of appreciation to IT department employees regarding best practice and recommended products or processes. Slow to implement change and hesitant to try new ideas.

Nuwes MedNex has been known to place candidates in position that they where applying for. Poor communication, delay in pay due to employer creating a week without pay.
