Company is 100% remote and knows how to do it well. Employee communication and remote benefits are great. We are growing and taking a very thoughtful approach to the changes involved. All the engineers are engaged and good at what they do.

Pros

The people, The management, and the application. It is refreshing to be part of a company that values its employees and their customers. Ideas are heard and implemented, and the application, as well as the processes reflect that. You can hear the pride in the work force voices and see it in their attitude, which is something that has been lacking in other companies I have worked for through out the years. Peek has strong management, with minds always thinking of the future and how to improve the workplace for their employees and streamlining external and internal process. If you are thinking of joining the peek family, I highly recommend it. Get your foot in the door, show them what you can do, and you will advance quickly based on what I have seen.

Training is fast with a lot of information, but they are working on a better training program.

A lot of first time AE's were getting their shots. Relatively laid back work environment.

Cons

Tough sell- a lot of competition with not a lot of differentiators with main competitors. Salary below other Utah tech companies
