Peek reviews

In sales, you gotta be driven and hit your numbers (duh!)... I've been promoted twice since joining the company over a year ago. The current Peeksters in company are driven and passionate. I feel Peek has gained some positive momentum during Covid, which is somewhat surprising considering the fact we work directly with tour and activity companies. I believe that management truly cares about their employees and the company. I really dont understand why the reviews have been so harsh. I can honestly say Peek is a great company to work for. I would recommend my personal friends to apply here.

I joined Peek because of the strong leadership and the focus on experiences over stuff. I haven't been disappointed. Peek is a company filled with people that are invested in the mission of connecting people through experiences and are good at what they do. Everyone is very collaborative, we are all in this together and people across departments work together well. When things get hard, everyone pulls together to help where needed. With Covid there were some hard decisions that had to be made to ensure that everyone was safe and that the company remained strong. Decisions were timely and respectful of everyone impacted. We've started to see strong recovery, both because of those hard decisions and because of how hard everyone at Peek has worked these past few months. In my time at Peek, I've seen a big investment in the employees. Every company meeting, we hear about more team members excelling and getting promoted. They are rolling out learning opportunities and new ways to connect while we are all working from home (due to covid). If you want to take on more responsibilities and are good at what you do, you'll have amazing growth at Peek.
