- I have been given so many opportunities to grow and learn. I know that my managers want to see me develop and are invested in making that happen - The team is full of passionate people - this makes work feel meaningful and it makes collaboration enjoyable and interesting - My manager is always looking for new ways to keep team morale up in lockdown and company culture is a big priority for Peek - I feel I am involved in decision making and my managers really value my opinion

Cons

- There used to be incredible perks but since covid hit obviously it will take a while to build that back up

Peek has hands down one of the best cultures to work for. Everyone is friends with everyone and willing to help each other out. Management really cares about you!

Cons

Sometimes the job is very taxing on you and feels like it's sucking the life out of you. But that's life!
