The leadership is horrible! It’s as if these people grew up as the losers in class that always bullied people or thought they were better than everyone else and then hired to manage good people. It’s a joke! The management does not have any respect for their staff, and they will pretend to be your friend just to turn around and treat you like you’re disposable. They also pay very low for everything they demand. The VP carries himself like he literally rides on a horse... go figure their logo. They might as well put him riding in on horse because he acts like he is God’s greatest gift and is the most egotistical person you’ll ever meet. Regional managers are fake and don’t know what their doing. The management and HR do nothing about it . They simply only care about what they make
