      No Life Work Balance

      Not areason to take a position- Pay ok

      Cons

      The response of work hard, play harder is outdated. If you look at major successful companies, they are focused on employee health and wellbein, not work 10-12 hour days and then party. Time for Pegasus to get with the program. They run their people into the ground. I know of several of the employees that had family isdues from long hours and a need to"live the job." So glad I left.

      Thank you for your review of Pegasus Residential. We absolutely do love our philosophy of work hard/ play hard. We offer a generous paid time off program as well as 11 paid holidays throughout the year. Pegasus offers employees several seminars and help sessions through the HR department to teach better time management skills enabling teams to create balance in their lives.

      Pay was decent for higher positions

      Cons

      They do not have to give you any warnings for termination. You can be on top of your game one month and then the next they will fire you if you aren't meeting their goals. They have no heart as a company and only care about making themselves rich.

      Pros

      I am more polished because of Pegasus, but it has not been because of training. Trial and error is the name of the game.

      Cons

      No training for new employees if you live in NC. The company is growing but moral is falling. HR is a joke. They don't respond to requests. No support at all. Never get paid for commissions because they pay someone to find errors. The owners of the apartments are losing money due to cronyism and then it is covered up with fluff words.
