Pegasus is a company of tremendous diversity. We treat everyone equally and do not believe in favoritism or discrimination. The only favoritism we like to show is for those that are leasing a lot or getting great scores on their shopping reports... those people are rewarded with bonuses and promotions. We actually give them a chance to earn $500 for a perfect shop. We believe in performance.

Pros

Pegasus is a company that truly allows their employees to grow. Their first instinct is to always promote from within. I have been with Pegasus for over three years now and have had a promotion every year.

Cons

The only con is actually a pro and that is that as a Pegasus employee, you are held to high standard. Another great reason I love to work for them.

Overworked, Underpaid, and Unappreciated

Pros

The only pros were working with wonderful teammates, and the benefits package is pretty nice as far as health coverage and 401k benefits.

Cons

ZERO work-life balance, Corporate and ownership is constantly micromanaging, You will work holidays and sometimes 6-7 days straight, Often 10-12 hour days, Unrealistic expectations, A misogynistic, demanding VP who everyone seems to worship, and You will receive little to no respect from upper management. On top of all of that, you may end up working with people who literally steal money from you, and residents, this company will NOT do anything to ensure your safety whatsoever.
