Decent pay and some opportunity for advancement since it is a relatively new company.

Cons

Owners and other management staff were very disrespectful of the employees, using fear to get results instead of inspiring their teams to do achieve. It was a bullying environment, is the best way I can describe it. Even top producers at the corporate level were openly put down when they weren't present, and I witnessed this behavior on more than one occasion. On site staff was treated very poorly as well. I was very disappointed and did not stay long with this company.

Great benefits, generous PTO, and LOTS of learning tools and room for advancement.

Cons

High energy from upper management can easily translate into high pressure to reach high goals. If you can't stand the heat- stay out of the Pegasus kitchen.
