Pros

Pushes really hard but pays off! They have a great pay, benefits package, bonus structures, core values, constant training and feedback to help you grow . Lots of opportunity and they are fast growing company. Well structured and has established policies. Great third party HR department & policy - guidelines are well explained. Also they have a great upper management team. Upper management is willing to get in and help when needed and doesn't talk down to you. They truly want you to grow and when they ask if you need something, truly mean it.

Cons

If you are a workaholic and like say ......yes to taking on more... well this is the job for you! ! Work hard and remember to play some too! Pegasus tends to push hard but like I have said its worth it...

Pros

The best holiday and vacation package I have ever come across. They have very high standards, which I like because it has made me more responsible. They will really help you grow as a person and as an employee.

Cons

Pegasus does not actually own any properties. So that means if the owner decides to sell, you may not have a job. Also, the hours can really take a toll on you, I never have time for anything during the week.

Pros

If you are new to the business or do not have extensive experience you will most likely be given an offer by this young company. They are in need staff.

Cons

Difficult to get your commissions and bonuses, They seem to hire on site personnel that will tolerate long hours, lack of work/life balance and on going lack of staffing. Benefits are so so. They don't pay weekend staff for full 8 hours on Sundays, as most property management companies do for their staff's commitment to the weekends.
