The pay scale isn't great. Way lower than I was expecting. The pay week is terrible for taking days off. It really does not give much flexibility at all. Communication is absolutely terrible. It seems as if the management group and development group never talk and leave the community in complete limbo. Agree with previous comment that there are too many chiefs and not enough indians. Issues are handled so poorly when there is an issue because no one wants to deliver bad news. Everything is all about the dollar and no thought is put into what the residents may actually like. Lastly, it is run on fear and it astounds me that everyone is afraid to ask the other person for something. I feel like I can never reach out to upper management within this company. The Soaring calls are great but the Toni Blake calls are incredibly long and pointless. We waste more time doing that when we could actually do work. The company launched an amazing P30 program but then said that it was only for people in corporate. Why even tell us about it? We are one of the largest parts making you money? We work long hours and suffer the brunt of resident complaints when we can't get things done due to lack of communication but the program isn't even avaiable to us? I gave this job over a year but it just seems to get worse. I will be looking for a new management company
