I felt good about working for Pegasus. This company has a great reputation in this industry. If you do your job, there is absolutely no micro-managing and you are trusted to make the right decisions for the company, the owners and employees. This philosophy exists at every level in the company.

Cons

It was challenging to get used to working in an organization that does not give much praise. Basically, you know you are doing a good job if you hear nothing.

Pros

Professional but in a non stuffy environment. NO Suits and ties. Able to make decisions and not micro managed.

Cons

Look at decreasing health insurance premiums for associates. Make the commission program easier. Need to become green friendly.

Pros

Fun, fast-paced environment. They use a PTO system. Use the time for whatever you need, when you need it! The training program is getting much better, and nothing but respect is given to the hard workers from the 3 principals of the Company. The two VP's are awesome! The year-end bonus was very good. I have one of the best supervisor's in the business! If you are not afraid to work hard and can take professional criticism, this is the place for you! This company is not for the weak! Work hard and be rewarded! Slack off or make poor decisions and you will struggle.

Cons

Long hours. If you are afraid of work, this may not be the place for you. If you like to work hard, come on- we need you! High out-of-pocket costs for Insurance.Expenses are reimbursed, can be a challenge at times.
