Pros

I have been with Pegasus Residential since inception. I have seen the company grow from 9 to 80 properties. In my time I have seen a transformation of the company from a start up to that of a stable functioning company. This is a ever evolving entity with a strong corporate culture. For those who choose to work hard and strive professionally, the company will reward you.

Cons

Pegasus has grown at a substantial rate, and there have been growing pains. If a candidate cannot adapt to constant growth and change, perform at a high rate, and be a problem solver, this is not the company for you.

Some of the best and smartest people I've ever worked with.

Cons

All jobs have Cons but it is what you make of them that matter, I have not found anything that a postive attitude could not overcrome.

Pros

I learned more in the first year with Pegasus than in my 17 years prior in the industry. You will work harder than you have ever worked, but you will gain so much more in personal growth. The employees at Pegasus are expected to be the best of the best and it shows in the caliber of employees that they have on their team.

Cons

If you work hard and are driven to succeed, then you can expect all good things.
