      Pros

      Pegasus is a place that sees your potential before you do. It’s a company full of real humans, people who actually care and actively want to help you grow. Everyone in the executive position also started out at the bottom and worked their way up, so it’s really inspiring to be able to one day to the same. You definitely feel the love and support!

      Cons

      This is a tech savvy company with lots of business systems. Be prepared to move quickly and know how to pivot.

      I both loved it and hated it

      Pros

      When I was first hired, I had an exceptional regional manager. She was curious and a wonderful teacher. Pay was great and so were the benefits. Beautiful property also.

      Cons

      A new property manager was hired that was an absolute nightmare. They would eventually fire her but it absolute hell until they did. The also brought in a new regional manager that had no idea what she was doing and allowed the property manager to do whatever she wanted.
