      Pros

      Commission is good except you have to wait 2 months to be paid out.

      Cons

      Management loves drama. Uncomfortable work environment. Didn't feel like my superiors were knowledgeable. Consistently making basic errors. Overall embarrassing. Budgets for fully occupied property were very low.

      Pros

      Pegasus is a growing and exciting Property Management company. In my time here, we have consistently grown, and the many departments have consistently worked better and better together. This is a great place to call “home” for your career. Plenty of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Pegasus is gritty and we work hard to get the job done. This isn’t for everyone!

      Pegasus truly embodies its core values. The leadership is supportive, transparent, and invests in growing people. The culture is empowering, fun, and results driven. I have grown tremendously here and am honored to serve alongside such great people!

      Cons

      We are fast-paced and willing to change when its needed - focusing on the bigger picture. People who are resistant to change or do not like being pushed to be your best do not do well.
