Pros

I’m currently employed by Pegasus for the second time. I worked with them previously and immediately knew this was were I was meant to be. I was a service manager for multiple properties until ownership decided to take over the management aspects. I stayed with them until the opportunity to come back to Pegasus came up. Upper management and the corporate staff have been great to work with and care about their on-site staff. Training and any information is easy to access.

Cons

None so far. They truly have been a pleasure to work for.

I loved working for Pegasus, they were always improving and trying to make the work place more efficient for their employees.

Cons

Property Management in general you have to create your own work life balance.
