There are no pros to this organization. After 5 interviews it was a waste of time to accept and start the position. All was smoke and mirrors!
Cons
Please don’t waste your time with such a poorly managed organization. There is a clear lack of direction, and communication is inconsistent — no one seems aligned on expectations or decision-making. Leadership inserts itself into every conversation, email, and call, yet there is little appreciation or respect shown toward team members. Instead of addressing performance issues through coaching and accountability, problem employees are simply transferred, leaving new leaders to manage unresolved challenges. Clients ultimately drive decisions, resulting in reactive choices rather than thoughtful strategy. The environment feels disorganized, creating unnecessary chaos and ongoing conflict. If you are looking for stability, support, and strong leadership, this is not the place. If chaos and constant friction are what you want, you may find it here.
