training horrible, always changing policy to fit situations, do not care about employee or residents. All about the money and not the care

Being able to bring joy to the residents and resident's families. Helping them better their life each day. Introducing new activities to new residents who just moved in.

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons, everything was pretty enjoyable.
